How to make a perfect cup of tea:

1. Take 3-5 g of tea leaves into a glass cup, mug or tea pot.
2. Add 85℃ hot water inside, brew for 40 s
3. Enjoy the tea.
4. The longer they are steeped in hot water, the stronger the tea will be. If you like that stronger and a little bitter flavor, go for it. 

Cold brew tea:

1. Add 3-5g tea leaves into regular water or say a bottled water.
2. Put it in the refrigerator at night
3. Tomorrow morning, you will get an amazing bottle of cold brew green tea to cheer you up and welcome the hot summer.
